In addition to Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, in Honduras, there is Children’s Day. HIBS took all their students for a fun day as a way to celebrate this special day. It was a rare treat. In addition to the normal reading, writing and arithmetic, HIBS does so much to help children develop into well rounded healthy children who will one day be productive leaders in their community.
