Special Coffee

I well remember the first day I visited a fruit stand in Florida. Until that day many years ago, I never realized what a huge difference there is in oranges bought in a supermarket and those from a Florida fruit stand. As you know, it is the same with tomatoes. Tomatoes from the garden bear little resemblance to supermarket tomatoes.

I recently discovered the same is true with coffee. Coffee from the farm is greatly different than store bought coffee. In Honduras, everyone knows the difference. People in the cities are eager to get coffee from their country cousins.

In Honduras, the farm coffee is known as "café de palo". which literally means, "coffee of the tree". In other words, it is real coffee.

If you would like some real coffee, we have a gift as a way of saying thank you for your generosity. To anyone making a donation of $20 or more, we are offering a pound of .café de palo".

Online credit card donations can be made by clicking here or by mailing a check to Art For Humanity, 635 S. 25th St. Arlington, Va. 22202-2529.

The taste is amazing. Be sure and let us know if you prefer whole bean or ground coffee. Thank you for your generosity.
